You approve every founder.

Before any invitation goes out, we send you the founder's deck, stage, raise size, and round structure. You decide whether you want to attend. Fellow investors in the room overlap with your thesis, and opted in to that specific founder.

Deck first.

You read the deck before you commit to the dinner. No surprises in the room.

Thesis-matched.

We screen founders against your industry, stage, and check size. Mismatches do not make it to your inbox.

Opt-in only.

Accept, decline, or connect with the founder offline. We're here to make scouting deals easy.

The format matters. Investor feedback indicates that relationship density derived in person, amongst like minded investors and matched founders, is superior to any online channel.

Insights take shape organically.

A founder fireside chat + investor Q&A unlock compounding insights between diverse SMEs. Then, open dinner conversation allows networking for investors to compare notes. Angels and Family Office leaders in our network often become friends or strategic partners.

Approximately 15 to 20 accredited investors gathered in a luxury private home living room, listening to a speaker during an Astronomic Investor Dinner.

Two cities. One community.

We host weekly in San Francisco and Austin to hone in on the highest density of active angels and family offices in our network. If you are based elsewhere and want to attend, you are welcome. We have regulars who travel from New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and Boston.

Questions investors ask.

Who attends each dinner?
15 to 25 accredited investors per dinner. A mix of active angels, single-family offices, multi-family offices, and occasionally a small-fund GP. All vetted for accredited status and direct-investment activity in the relevant industry.
How are founders vetted?
Founders apply, share their deck and round details, and we screen for stage, traction, and fit before extending an invitation. Then each investor sees the founder's materials before the dinner. You opt in.
Is there a platform fee?
No fee to attend as an investor. Founders pay for the dinner. Investors are guests.
Which cities do you operate in?
San Francisco and Austin. Both cities run roughly once per week.
Can I attend a dinner outside my home city?
Yes. Some of our regulars attend in both San Francisco and Austin. Travel logistics are up to you.
How is this different from AngelList?
AngelList is a syndicate platform with algorithmic dynamics. We curate one specific room of investors for one specific founder, then put you in that room for an evening. You meet 15 to 25 investors live, on the same night, in person. Total relationship density per evening is far higher than any online channel.
Can I co-invest with others in the room?
Often yes. Club deals and other strategic partnerships form naturally at dinners. We do not structure them. You and other investors do. The room is designed to make that conversation easy.
What if my thesis is niche?
Tell us in the form. We tag every investor profile by industry, stage, and check size. If we host a dinner with a founder in your niche, you hear about it.
